These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by 'Narayana Nexus and partners' ('Service Provider') for assisting users in downloading and installing the application known as DBT for fertilizer app (multiple versions), developed and distributed by the Government of India's Department of Fertilizers ('Government Application').

Service Description The Service Provider offers guidance and assistance to users in the process of downloading and installing the Government Application, which is freely available on the government's website. The Service Provider does not claim any rights over the Government Application and provides its services as a means of aiding users in accessing the Government Application.

Service Fee Users understand and agree that the service provided by service provider is subject to a non-refundable service fee. This fee is for the guidance, shared files and assistance provided during the installation process of the Government Application.

Liability Users acknowledge that any issues, mishaps, or consequences arising from the installation process of the DBT application or supporting files are the sole responsibility of the user and not the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or complications arising from the use of the Government Application.

Data Sharing and Privacy By using the services of service provider, users consent to sharing their personal and contact information. Service provider and its partners reserve the right to use this information for marketing, research, sales, or any other legitimate business purposes. To request the deletion of personal data, users can send an email to 'contact@dbtfertilizerapp.in' from the provided email address.

Changes to Terms and Conditions The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these T&C periodically. Continued use of the services after any changes constitute acceptance of the revised T&C.
